Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Brooklyn follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This new spot in the neighborhood is a total game-changer, and my waistline can attest to it! Their bubble tea selection is so good, it's practically a spiritual experience, and the light snacks? Don't even get me started on the popcorn chicken β it's the kind of "bomb" you actually want dropped on you. And then there's the yogurt slushy. Oh. My. Goodness. The bubbles at the bottom are like little surprises waiting to burst in your mouth. I didn't know I needed them in my life until now. Seriously, the service is so nice it almost feels illegal. Every single staff member is radiating sunshine and friendliness; I'm pretty sure they're all secretly competing for the "nicest human on Earth" award. My only (and I mean only) complaint? My derriΓ¨re could use a few more outdoor seating options. We're talking benches here, people, not just tables. Give me a place to plop down and enjoy my popcorn chicken in peace!

Me and my friend came here and the drinks were fire! The brown sugar boba was super soft and tasty. Chill vibe, clean spot, and fast service. Definitely one of our new go-to boba places. Highly recommend!
